We hope you love your online purchases. But we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you changed your mind you can return your toys and we provide a full refund of all items. You just need to pay the return shipping cost.
If we made a mistake regarding your order or sent you a damaged toy, we can make a full refund or exchange the faulty goods. And we will assume the shipping cost.
Some return conditions:
- you should return within 30 days from the order delivery
- toys must be returned unused, and in original packing.
If the above conditions are met, please contact our Customer team on email@example.com. Please explain the reason for return and reference your order number. If you are claiming a faulty item, please include photos supporting your claim.
Once we receive and accept returned goods, we will process the refund or exchange. For shipping we recommend you consider a trackable shipping service to make sure your toys haven't been lost.
